Obviously I survived the chiropractor just as everyone predicted. Although, he didn’t crack my back…there was no cracking going on, but lots of clicking. He had some metal object that he pressed against my back and clicked. Click, click, click away! He said in order to fix my neck, he needed to realign my spine first by clicking a metal object to it. I thought to myself, this is such a hoax or a really cool magic act! With a total 15 minutes I was in and out of there! He wants to see me back for a few more treatments. HHHmmmm…I do not feel better but actually worse! My back was so sore after our drive by appointment and I was called into work at midnight. My back felt as if I wore a retainer all night that I haven’t worn for months and then trying to eat rock candy the next day! Let’s just say that a bubble bath was the only thing that did its job well!
MY type of bath!

Brads type of bath!

Tropical Dream Bath Recipe: By Pioneer Thinking
Ingredients:
3 drops rose fragrant or essential oil
2 drop jasmine fragrant or essential oil
1 ounce liquid glycerin (skin moisturizer)
1 ounce coconut oil 1 (4oz) bar castille soap (humectant) (grated or flaked), you can also use 1 cup unscented shampoo as an alternative to the castille soap.
1 quart (4 cups) distilled water
Directions:Mix all ingredients together. Store in a container. Pour in running water.
Note: Castille soap is used to soften and moisturize the skin, its made from 100% Olive Oil. Liquid glycerin another skin moisturizer, is a by-product of soap making. Both of these products can be found at health food stores, some drug stores, or major department stores depending on where you live. These products are readily available on the internet as well.

How to take a bubble bath
I actually found this on eHow which gives instructions on how to do just about everything (since it is so difficult to take a bath)!
Steps:
1. Unplug the phone.
2. Lock the door to prevent intruders like kids and spouses.
3. Stop the drain in the tub.
4. Light aromatherapy candles. Choose lavender to relieve stress and sandalwood to relax.
5.Turn on the water and adjust the temperature to your liking.
6. Pour a small amount of bubble bath or the amount recommended on the bottle label - into the running water.
7.
Allow the bathtub to fill with water and suds. If you are not satisfied with the amount of suds in the water, add more bubble bath into the running water.
8.
Turn off the water when the tub has filled. Replenish hot water as needed.
9.Slowly enter the bath water, feet first.
10. Breathe deeply and relax.
Tips:
Try putting on a little background music to help you relax ' but don't keep electronic devices close enough to the tub that they might fall in. For music try the Worlds Most Relaxing Classical Music CD or Enya (I prefere Nora Jones and of course incense or candles, maybe even a good book). And don't forget your friends Ben and Jerry.
Don't forget your rubber ducky or other bath toys.
Warnings:
If you are pregnant or have dry skin, opt for warm water as opposed to hot.
Keep in mind that ingredients in some bubble baths can be drying to the skin ' choose a product with moisturizers such as aloe or vitamin E.
You can add bath salts to make you feel like you're in the ocean, and as it dissolves, you can smell the fragrance. (Epsom salts are shown to help muscle soreness). Adding spices, such as cinnamon or peppermint, can help you relax, soothe sores and even heal bruises. Add some herbal flowers and citrus (cut oranges and lemons), to relax even more. (Sounds very inviting, my next bath should be spicy...cinnamon that is)

You are soo funny, Monica I am so sad that the chiro was wacked! It drives me nuts, I would just go get a professional massage, do some streches and take a muscle relaxent!
Mmmmm. Bubble bath. I want to take one with a bunch of rose water, cream, and sage. One time I took a bath with a big tea bag. It broke in the tub and made a big mess.
About your neck...I would ask a doctor if there's a chiropractor he recommends. Usually they know the quacks from the real deal. But honestly...I'm not even sure if there is a "real deal." Maybe you need to take Vicadin for the rest of your life, instead. That sounds like fun!
