Ethan is not difficult in a lot of things, mostly he is well behaved, fun, loving and charming. But when the night comes to an end and we begin the bedtime routine (diaper, PJ's, brushing teeth, prayer and bed) he becomes Mr. Hyde. Well, actually, only when it comes to the brushing the teeth part. He HATES it! Tantrum, shaking the head, refusing to open his mouth, crying, thrashing, running away, pushing away...everything. We have tried making it fun, letting him do it himself, forcing him to do it, pretending to brush ours then his, etc. We have exhausted all routes and the child still hates brushing his teeth, which makes me hate it. The thing is he needs it, I can see his teeth needs a good brushing everyday, but his attitude makes it difficult to do. We just don't know what to do!
